I study entrepreneurship, human capital, and resource mobilization in innovation-driven environments. My research examines how entrepreneurs, innovators, investors, and organizations evaluate and mobilize talent, ideas, and capital across labor and capital markets.
I earned my doctoral and master’s degrees from Yale University and my bachelor’s degree from the University of Pennsylvania. Before entering academia, I worked in investment banking (M&As, IPOs, private placements).
