I am an Assistant Professor of Management & Organization at the USC Marshall School of Business, University of Southern California.
I study entrepreneurship, human capital, labor markets, and resource mobilization in innovation-driven environments. Throughout my research, I focus on how entrepreneurs and innovators from diverse backgrounds and experiences can successfully navigate the labor market and capital markets.
I earned my Ph.D., M.Phil., and M.A. in Management from the Yale School of Management, Yale University, and B.A. in Economics from the University of Pennsylvania. Prior to my graduate studies, I worked in investment banking at Goldman Sachs. I advised startups in accessing funding as well as strategic and financial investors searching for acquisition targets in emerging sectors.
